- Make sure all data, themes, and color are included. Please specify the theme and outcome you want for your order. Photos will be requested once we replied to your email.
- A 50% down payment is required before layout/production.
- A draft will be emailed to client. Revisions are accepted as needed. For rush orders: please give us full details at once to minimize time in revising layout.
- Please allow 7-10 working days lead-time for production after layout was approved.
- Once item/s is ready for shipment, delivery or meet-ups, text message or pm will be sent to you to settle the full amount. Shipping/transportation is SHOULDERED by the client.
- A Photo of items for shipment will be emailed to client.
- Transportation for delivery or meet-ups depends on location.
- Tracking Numbers will be posted once items are shipped.
- Date and time will be emailed for deliveries and meet-ups, depend on our time availability.
