- Email us or fill-up our order form.
- Make sure all data, themes, and color was included in your mail. Please specify the theme and outcome you want for your order. Photos will be requested once we replied to your email.
- Absolutely no cancellation of orders
NOTE: Double check dates, codes, names before submitting order
Make sure names are spelled correctly. - A 50% down payment is required before layout/production.
- A draft will emailed to client. (Please request for drafts only if sure to order. Layouts & drafts takes lot of hard work & so much time.)
- Please allow 5-7 working days lead-time for production after down payment has been made.
- Once item/s is ready for shipment, delivery or meet-ups, text message or pm will be sent to you to settle the full amount.
- A Photo of items for shipment will be emailed to client if requested.
- No Full Payment, No shipping/Delivery or meet-up. Cheque payment needs to be cleared first before shipment.
- Shipping/transportation is SHOULDERED by the client.
- Transportation for delivery or meet-ups depends on location.
- Tracking Numbers will be posted once items are shipped.
- Date and time will be emailed , for deliveries and meet-ups, depend on our time availability.
